This is my local go to Indian restaurant. I have dined in and had great service, as well as regularly order take out. The staff is very nice and the food is delicious. If you are new to this cuisine, they are very helpful with ordering and will make accommodations for your taste. I love the chicken vindaloo. It is definitely a spicy dish so I cool it off by mixing it with the plain rice. The Naan Bread is also quite good. I have ordered a lot of dishes and none have disappointed.

One of my favorite Indian restaurants of all time. Every dish is prepared with perfect flavor and always a real treat to enjoy. We ordered in and got butter chicken, chicken tikka marsala, and three types of Naan (onion, garlic and paneer/cheese) and side of mango chutney. Absolutely delicious. Looking forward to ordering again soon. Delivery came on time and hot and well packaged too. Totally recommend!!

Same owners as Color of Spice. I haven't dined in, but I've been eating take out here for years. Everything tastes great. Their Viryani, Saag, Curries and Mushroom Masaledar are delicious. Don't forget to use the sauce on the side that comes with the extra spicy delicious Jerk Kebab. For most dishes one has the option to make mild, medium or hot.

I did take out on Saturday night. When I went to pick up it was packed, and there was a line.

I can't wait to try out their other dishes.

My wife and I came here for dinner on a rainy Tuesday night. There were only two other customers in the dining room. We were greeted and seated right away.
We have been here a few times before and always had a great experience. We ordered a mango lassi to share. Very nice and was a nice start. My wife ordered lamb korma and I ordered kadai chicken. Both dishes were delicious!
Staff was very nice and professional, especially Vijay our waiter. He was very friendly and attentive.
A very good dining experience. We are very thankful for this Indian restaurant in Baldwin. It is more convenient than driving to Hicksville or Queens. We will definitely be back.

So glad I tried this place out! I've lived down the block forever and finally got it for takeout. I love spicy food, so I ordered the lamb vindaloo with a side of garlic naan, and it looked, smelled, and tasted amazing. My one quip would be that the rice was just ..eh, but I'd totally get from here again anyway

They can make most dishes without dairy which is great for our vegan family. The food is very fresh and really delicious. The service has always been great as well. Just wish they marked gluten-free items on the menu.

My experience is based solely on grubhub delivery alone. I ordered vegetable samosas, paneer tikka masala, and papadum.
Paneer tikka masala was delicious but definitely lacking in paneer for the price. Small pieces of paneer. But flavor was good! The rice that came with it..... not the best. Not great. Wish I just made my own rice.
Samosas were crunchy and delicious. Papadum is my favorite so I was happy they offer it as a side. The food was also delivered 5-10 minutes before expected.

I love Raagini. Eat here once and you will too! Not to mention that they seem to never forget you and that is customer service you hardly see now. Naan is amazing, Basmati rice cooked perfectly and Chicken Tikka Masala to die for. You will not be dissapointed in this lovingly made authentic indian cusine.

This is my 3rd time eating here and each meal was great. Service was wonderful. We started with samosas and shrimp tandoori and chicken Korma. Our friends had the same chicken and a lamb dish. Everyone was happy with their meal. The only minor complaint was that the rice served was not enough for the 4 of us, but was quickly resolved when we asked and they brought more. The room we ate in was very pretty And quiet enough to enjoy a conversation. It is also byob. We'll be back!

I love Raagini! I discovered this gem a few years ago and am happy to report it is just as good as ever! We got the vegatarian platter as an appetizer, the Shrimp Saag, Chicken Tikka Masala, and Garlic Naan. We topped off our meal with creamy mango lassis. So delicious! I kick up the spice on my meals and this delivers! Fast, courteous service and perfect portion sizes. Can't wait to go back for more!
